Full Model Build
From $5,000 · 3–5 weeks
A complete three-statement model with scenario planning, driver-based revenue build, hiring plan, and runway analysis. Includes two refinement rounds, a handoff walkthrough, and 30 days of post-handoff support.
Fractional FP&A
From $2,000/month
Ongoing forecasting as your business grows: monthly forecast refresh, budget-vs-actual analysis, board- or lender-ready reporting, and a monthly working session — plus ad hoc analysis when decisions come up.
Final pricing depends on business complexity and is confirmed in a written proposal after a discovery call. Fundraising-ready investor models are quoted separately.
